Today we wanted to share another idea to please football enthusiasts and non-football fans alike. These cocktail meatballs take only a minute of prep-work and will be hot and ready to go whether you want to serve it during the first quarter or the fourth. The sauce? Grape jelly and chili sauce. The two combine to make a sweet and savory sauce that perfectly coats each meatball.
Simple Cocktail Meatballs
1 (12 ounce) jar chili sauce
2 cups grape jelly
Heat jelly and chili sauce in a saucepan. Place meatballs in a slow-cooker and pour sauce on top to cover. Cook on high for 3 hours and then keep on the warm setting until ready to serve.
It's so funny you posted this. I'm getting ready to post a grape jelly meatball post too. Great minds think a like. You just can't beat a good meatball!
