How to Shape Perfect Rolls

I was in a hurry the other day when making cloverleaf rolls and I wanted to make sure they were all the same size. For years I had just been just pinching the dough into portions before forming the rolls, but would get frustrated when the rolls were not the same size. Here's my new solution:
Roll out the dough first and then use a biscuit cutter to cut out circles.
Roll each circle into a ball.
Bake using desired procedure. This method works especially well for making perfectly proportioned cloverleaf rolls. Problem solved!
