We can't stop thinking about apples! Here's a very easy recipe that can be a quick snack anytime. Children enjoy making and eating these as well. The recipe is only four ingredients.
Date Nut Filled Apples
Granny Smith apples (dip in lemon juice if not serving immediately)
4 ounces cream cheese
3/4 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Slice and core apples. Add 1 teaspoon or tablespoon to the center of each apple slice.
